Revelation Tab is built around a simple idea: your browser should remain your private space.
What Revelation Does Not Collect
Revelation Tab does not collect analytics, browsing data, personal notes, tasks, shortcuts, reading list content, search queries, or personal profile data.
What Chrome Stores
Theme preference, display mode, pinned backgrounds, tasks, sticky notes, shortcuts, reading list, name, brightness, contrast, font size, and volume settings are saved with Chrome storage so the extension can remember your setup.
Sync and Backups
If Chrome sync is enabled, Chrome may sync your saved extension state between signed-in browsers. Revelation also supports backup export and import so you can keep a local copy of your setup.
Permissions
- Storage is used to save settings and extension content.
- Geolocation is only used if you enable the weather widget.
- topSites and history are only used if you enable the corresponding optional panels.
